개인정보처리방침

appteak(이하 "회사")은 Ramus 앱(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.

1. 핵심 요약

• 회사는 회원가입을 받지 않으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 정보를 앱에서 수집하지 않습니다.
• 이용자가 만든 마인드맵은 이용자의 기기와 이용자 본인의 iCloud 계정에만 저장되며, 회사는 그 내용에 접근할 수 없습니다.
• 앱 품질 개선을 위해 익명의 오류(크래시) 정보와 사용 통계를 수집합니다.

2. 처리하는 정보와 목적

위 정보는 이용자 개인을 식별하는 데 사용하지 않습니다. 앱 내 설정에서 사용 통계 전송을 끌 수 있습니다.

3. iCloud 동기화

마인드맵 동기화는 Apple의 iCloud를 통해 이루어지며, 데이터는 이용자 본인의 iCloud 계정에 저장됩니다. 이 데이터의 처리에는 Apple 개인정보 처리방침이 적용되며, 회사는 이 데이터를 열람하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

회사는 오류 분석과 사용 통계를 위해 아래 업체에 정보 처리를 위탁하며, 이 과정에서 정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

이전 시기와 방법: 앱 사용 중 오류 발생 또는 이벤트 발생 시 암호화된 네트워크를 통해 전송됩니다. 보유 기간은 2항과 같습니다. 이용자는 앱 설정에서 전송을 거부할 수 있으며, 거부해도 앱 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.

5. 제3자 제공

회사는 법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

6. 파기

보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 위탁 업체에 저장된 정보는 각 업체의 보존 설정에 따라 자동 삭제됩니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 데이터가 삭제되며, iCloud 데이터는 iOS/macOS 설정의 iCloud 저장 공간 관리에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요.

Ramus는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy

appteak ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who uses the Ramus app ("the app"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

1. Summary

• Ramus has no accounts. The app does not collect your name, email, phone number or other information that directly identifies you.
• Your mind maps are stored only on your devices and in your own iCloud account. We cannot access their contents.
• To improve the app, we collect anonymous crash reports and usage statistics.

2. Information we process

This information is not used to identify you. You can turn off usage statistics in the app's Settings.

3. iCloud sync

Sync is provided by Apple's iCloud, and your data is stored in your own iCloud account under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not view or store this data.

4. Service providers and international transfer

We use the following providers to process crash and usage data. This data is transferred to and processed in the United States.

Data is sent over encrypted connections when a crash or event occurs and is kept for the periods in section 2. You may opt out in the app's Settings without losing any functionality.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Deletion

Information is deleted once its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. Data held by our providers is deleted automatically under their retention settings.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your information at any time. Deleting the app removes its on-device data; iCloud data can be removed under iCloud storage settings on your device. Contact us using the details below.

Ramus is not directed at children under 14 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
